SPLASHING WAVES 8x8 Quick Card Topper 2 in Teal-White with Decoupage Flowers and SeashellsCompleted by Marion West

Craftsuprint printed the images. I cut out, decoupaged the images and mounted onto a white square card. I added coordinating gems and glitter glue, especially emphasising the various shades of the sea with different shades of glue.
A simply stunning card to make, send or receive.
