I copied to glossy photo paper and cut out. I gilded a card from my kit very lightly to take off the whiteness. I also used gold gilding paste on the base image then used d.s.t. to matte to the card. I then gilded the bird using a paintbrush to apply it before buffing it up. Used silicone glue to add the layers. I then made a treble bow using green organza and pink ribbed ribbon. After I added the bow to the card I used three brads just as embellishment. Put a greeting tag on and pink inked the edges of the card.

What a fantastic design with a beautiful contrast of colours which brings to mind the Victorian era. A card suitable for various occasions using different sentiments.
