Roses and Ruffles - Vintage ValentineCompleted by Jane Wells

I printed this design onto photo card and cut out the layers, popping them on with 3d foam pads. I matted onto paper from my craft box and a cream deckle edged card. I added pearls and glitter, a really gorgeous card for someone special!
