Pretty, versatile & suitable for any age, I used a scored 6x6 gatefold card & stuck the panels I'd die cut with thin foam tape, I cut out the numbers I wanted and stuck with wet glue, adding gems and the same with the cupcake.

I cut out the polka dot circle and attached to one side of the card with foam tape then added a glitter heart & sentiment. I added some polka dot paper to inside & a white die cut heart to write the sentiment. Recipient was very pleased & loved the colours.
