I cut out the elements and added them using foam tape. I added stick on pearls around the lace panel. I stuck the main topper onto a matching pearl card blank using dst. Quite a stunning card.

I printed out this sheet before cutting out all the items and adhering the decoupage with foam tape. I then adhered the bright base topper onto a white card base with DST and it was done. Very quick and easy. Hope it brightened the day to the recipient.
