Ooh La LaCompleted by Barbara Hiebert

I cut out the layers and used foam square and DST. to assemble. I mounted the top on black card stock then on to patterned card stock to form the card, I added the ribbon along the edge.

This is a very quick card and very easy to make.

I did not use a sentiment because the card could be used for different occasion's.
