Olive Fan Topper, Bookmark and TagCompleted by Sharon Wilson

Printed on photo paper. Put it down on a Aqua swirl background sheet. I added deco pieces with foam pads. I added highlights with crystal gel pen. I printed a 2nd sheet so I could have the circle with fan to put in the center of card with foam pads.
