In my graphics program I added text greeting to image on the right of the sheet, which I then printed onto super smooth paper & added toinside of an A5 folded white card as an insert.

The left side image was cut out & adhered to the front of the folded white A5 card. Image topper from a cd. Apple blossom flowers from cup 40172_359 Lilac Apple Blossom Kit by Carol Clarke. Peel off greetings , faux gems & glitter added.
