Layered Frosted Rainbow (pink)Completed by Margaret Swaby

This background was the perfect way to mask a very old photograph on this scrapbook page. I used a fairly plain backing sheet and then took the sheet which I printed off onto ordinary paper. I cut around the scalloped edge to about half an inch of the top and bottom then slipped one end of the photograph under it and stuck the whole lot down. It not only hides some of the marks that were on the photograph but I feel that it enhances it. The pretty pink and the scallops of the flowers add another dimension to it. I used a stencil to write the gold lettering and added a few stickers for embellishment.

This sheet would also be a brilliant backing for the front of a card and equally could be used to make an attractive insert.
