I printed the topper on 160gsm Navigator paper twice. The first topper I used dst to attach to my card blank. I then trimmed the card to the shape of the design, cut out one layer of decoupage and used ds foam pads to layer it onto the topper.

To finish I added gems to the poinsettia and star. Love the shape of the card and the design is gorgeous.
