Printed onto 230gsm Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements, and scored and folded the card where indicated. Using Foam Pads, I Lined up where the Decoupage was to go and stuck them down.

To finish I stuck little white Gems on the spots on the Tie, and small black gems on eyes. This is a Brilliant Design, easy to make up and I really like the over the edge effect of the design.
