HOT AIR BALLOONS: 7x7 Quick Card Front For Birthdays/Good Luck/BonVoyage etc.Completed by Marion Kimberley-Scott - The Crafty Piper
OccasionA piece of background design 'Blue Sky & White Clouds' (cup956765_79993) was cut slightly smaller than the front of base card, mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.
The main design (cup958876_79993) was mounted onto black card, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of base card with foam pads.
Decoupage and chosen sentiment were added using foam pads. Card was completed with matching insert (cup958877_79993) and a length of blue jute secured around the spine of the card.
A super finished card, made by combining all 3 of the design sheets.
The second design was made in a similar way but I used the matching 'Hot Air Balloons' backing paper (cup958890_79993).
