Good Luck with the Operation

I printed this out on good quality photo paper and cut out all the decoupage. I decided to do something different and used acetate as the base card. I used a contrast purple card as the inside for the greeting to be written on.

I placed the main image on the acetate and decoupaged it. I used gold peel offs around the card edge to finish it off and used the second greeting tag on the inside page of the card.
