first I printed 2 copies on cardstock -I used one copy for pieces to cut out, to be layered. I cut the mouse, balloon and a couple flowers out, then added double sided foam mounting tape to them for dimension.

Next I attached the layers onto the base.

Next I attached all onto white glitter card-stock - next I attached it all to a pre-folded blank card. Lastly I put a little clear glue onto accent spots on the mouse, balloon & flowers, and sprinkled with clear glitter to add some sparkle.
