I covered a card base with lavender glitter card stock. Then I printed out the card sheet on heavy matte photo paper. I cut out the card topper and the Center element and one of the sentiments.

I used sticky foam pads to attach the card topper and the decoupage to the top of my card and then added the sentiment with sticky foam tape.

This is a very cute card that is very quick to make up and will be fun to give.
