I printed a few copies of this cute penguin topper. I cut out and attached first topper to a scalloped card blank using dst and cut out decoupage from the other copies.

I used thin ds foam pads to layer the decoupage.

I cut out the insert and attached it to the inside of the card. A really cute an design.
