Blue Kaleidoscope Decoupage

Printed this sheet on Crafty Bob's paper and the background sheet (cup327500_1751) on matte photo paper. I layered the base image onto turquoise, then brown cardstock, then onto a card made from the coordinating background sheet.

I cut out the decoupage layers and added them with foam pads (the 3D doesn't show well in the photo, but it's very effective "in person").

Finished with a rhinestone center, a silver glitter glue outline, and some corners made from the brown cardstock. A beautiful design well suited to many occasions.
