The main image was printed on medium weight card stock. A small oval was cut from dark blue card stock just larger than the Happy Birthday which, along with the Flip Flops were cut and mounted with dimensional foam tape.

These were all layered on a piece of tan card stock and a blue folded card. Blue rhinestones were added for extra dazzle.
