I cut out this design and assembled the pieces together. I then attached to green card. I lined all the edges with some peel offs and also around the picture of the tank.

I placed the sentiment tag at the bottom of the card and the hat embellishment below the main picure. I made a green bow and placed at the top of the design. Using a glue pen I glittered the wording on the sentiment.
