I used a cream scalloped card blank for the base. I printed on glossy and matted onto black glossy before attaching to the card. I added a strip of red ribbon down the left side, and added the sentiments to the scroll.
For the insert, I used the same image, but personalised the scrolls for my grand daughter.

I printed the design onto 170 gsm photo matt card and stuck it to 5x7 card stock using Pritt stick.
I cut out and layered all the pieces using 3mm foam squares.
