A Pirates Life for Me Decoupage Quick Card FrontCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i placed the main design base in the centre of a C5 light blue card so to give the design a framed effect, i then built up the design finishing off with a dark blue border all round the outside edges of the main card and the design base, this is a great design, striking colours and any little boy would love it.
