New Pad Quick Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Ann Ramsell- Panniescrafts

A reasonably quick card to make. The bulrushes take a little more time but the overall effect is worth it.

I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements.I applied a backing paper of skeleton green leaves to a 7" x 5" white blank, then adhered the main peice with double sided tape.

The decoupage was made up with 3D sticky foam tabs and i used the 'New Pad' sentiment. To finish I used green and orange border peel off's at the top and bottom of the card.
