I put design in Print Master. I put down a nice blue floral background by Jaguarwoman. I made the frame a square shape and centered it on background. Then I added a blue rose to center. I printed twice on photo paper.

I cut out first card piece and backed with same background to create card. From 2nd print I cut out blue rose and added to center of card with s. gel. This lovely Vintage Frame design is by Cynthia Berridge cup198027_452
