Valentine Cats Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I attached design Valentine Cats Vellum, cUp 169990_376 to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
