I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper and cut out the pieces. I cut a piece of card the same size as the insert plus a bit to form a flap so that I could join it to the top of the insert.

Then I folded it to form an easel card and mounted the main image onto the easel. I added one of the captions to the base using thick sticky pads to act as a stop for the easel.

Other captions could be To My Girlfriend, To My Husband, To My Wife or To My Boyfriend. Just let me know your preference.
