Puppy Love Valentine Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

With this valentine design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper to bring out all the red, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base in the centre of a red c5 card, then added a gold heart border all around the outside edges of the design , i finished off by making up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads to give some height to the pup, this is a fantastic design was very easy to cut and make up and is really stunning and effective when done.
