Very easy to make. I printed the image onto good quality card and cut out the image and some of the decoupage layers. I used 3 d foam pads to decoupage the faces and used glitter to outline the edge of the card and the large heart.

Glossy accents was then used to cover the large red heart and a selection of the smaller hearts. I used MS Word to create the sentiment and attached using 3D foam pads.
