I printed this on Kodak matt finish photo paper. I used aqua blue coloured card topped with white card as the background, adhered with mounting squares. For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.

Finished off with glitter trim and dark blue and clear bling.
