Print onto good quality photo card and cut around the tartan piece, leaving the tape intact. Cut out the stand alone engine and a sentiment. Glue the tartan piece onto silver backing then onto black cardstock. Use mounting pads to decoupage the steam engine and sentiment. Nice and easy
