Three Squares Gymnastics (male)Completed by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base onto the front of a dark blue C5 card, adding a thin gold border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card i made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads, and placing the happy birthday sentiment at the bottom right, this is a terrific, fun design for any man, who exercises or not, was very easy to cut and make up, and is very effective when done.
