I made up the quick card front and mounted it onto green paper trimming it to leave a narrow edge.I fixed it onto a white A5 card towards the right hand edge leaving equal borders above and below.
I added the 'fan' greeting at the top left and the happy birthday one bottom left and then cut some narrow strips of matching green paper with a deckle cutter.
These I fixed across the top and bottom and down the left hand side of the picture.
