tri-fold a piece of A4 card (DL) then trim to A5 width. Matt the main image & card centre on to blue mirri. Affix the card centre on to the bottom fold and attach a raised sentiment to support the card.
Decoupage the main image, attach 2 other sentiments and embelish with stars and ribbon.
I printed a St George's Cross flag from the internet and trimmed it to fit onto an A5 red card leaving a small border.
I mounted the base image onto red card and placed it centrally on the card, then added the decoupage layers using silicon glue.
Finally added a sentiment mounted onto red card and an extra rugby ball cut from the sentiment
