This is a quick and easy card topper, to make just print on quality photo paper, cut around all the pieces and use foam squares to add the layers.
Measure and fit to a blank card front and use DSTape to mount.
Choose the sentiment tags of your choice.

I resized the sheet to make it smaller, printed it onto matte photo paper and cut out the elements. I mounted the base image onto an A5 card which I had covered with cup458534_1914 Rippled Silk - Aqua.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with clear-silver peel off borders and a caption. Can also be finished as a Fathers Day card or to say Enjoy Life or Best Wishes. Just let me know.
