Printed on matte photo paper and cut out topper and decoupage. Using an A5 scalloped card added the topper with DST. The added a blue wavy line border edged with a gold border. Put the decoupage and cartouche with foam pads and added deep blue gemstones around the cartouche.
Added a bird for decoration.
