Printed onto gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach the Topper to a Gold Card. Used Foam tape to attach the Decoupage. I used a small Pearl in the middle of the flowers. I stuck gold edging around the topper.
An interesting design and easy to make up.
