Vip Birthday GirlCompleted by Audrey Wilson

I printed onto smooth white card then cut out,I then matted a blank card with a red textured card to co-ordinate and added the base design then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,I added a silver peel off star to the card and liquid pearls to the flowers,I love the rich colours of this unusual design.
