Vintage Fashion Lady on Art Deco Background Card FrontCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I used a 5x7 card base and matted the image with the frame straight onto it. I decoupaged the lady with 3D glue gel.

I used a blue die cut swirl with a pink flower gem and added one of my own hand crafted flower sprays with a hand crafted decorative pin (also made by me).
