I cut out the panels and adhered them to a tri-fold card. I added clear adhesive gems to the dresses and finished off with bows in a matching colour on the front and back panels.

I printed the Triple Elegance sheet and cut the panels out. Then I folded a metallic purple sheet of cardstock into three sections. I attached the panels in the middle of those sections.
I decorated the card with white velvet-feel decorative ribbon, pink faux gem stickers, pale green flat back pearl stickers and a cardboard sentiment (Paljon Onnea means Lots of Luck or Congratulations).
