This beautiful but quick and easy butterfly shaped card can be used in either portrait or landscape fashion. Simply cut around the outer edge and score down the centre of the butterfly to make your fold crease.
This butterfly card can also be used in conjunction with my pastel occasions series of angled pyramids.

I printed this sheet out twice and cut them out. I stuck one of the images onto a landscape A4 card blank with the top of the wings slightly overhanging, and cut it out.
I scored lines along the body of the second print, and folded them up to give definition. I curled the wings and stuck it down to the card, sticking the body flat and 4mm of foam pads at the ends of the wings.
