I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. These dancing belles deserved nothing less than a full gold glitter background, so that's what they got, layered onto a black gloss card.
To finish I added a few faux gems.
This is a great vintage image that could be used for a variety of occasions, especially celebrations.
