Shop til you dropCompleted by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. To complete the card I affixed the greeting "Happy Birthday to someone special" using foam dots.

This is a fun and happy card suitable for anyone who enjoys a bit of retail therapy.
