Used an 8x8 scalloped card.silver mirror an embossed card for first mat and layer attach to card with wet glue.Used a square die to make a mat and layer to put topper on,decoupaged topper with silicon glue.Attached topper to card with sticky fixers.Embellishments used are organza ribbon,a silver gem strip around bow,mulberry flowers.Sentiment on card is Happy Birthday.If you wish to purchase this card there are other sentiments which are,Thinking Of You,Birthday Wishes,Special Friend,Thank You This is a pretty and lovely topper to make
