I printed this file onto matt photographic paper. I printed the base image twice so that I could create a frame and enhance the decoupage, this wasn't necessary, just personal choice.

I matted the first base image onto silver holographic card and mounted onto a white card blank.

I cut the central images and the frame from the second base card. I attached the frame using foam strips and constructed the decoupage using silicone glue. I matted the sentiment onto silver holographic card and fixed with foam pads. Lastly I applied Glossy Accents to the pearls and as rain drops on the rose petals.

This is a really beautiful, colourful image and has made a stunning card and would be useful for many occasions.
