Dreams in Lilac
beautiful card in shades of purple, lilac and black. a stunning lady in a ballgown beside a blossoming tree, with lots of butterflies, a black archway with roses and stepping stones and an old fashion lantern, and lots of sparkling and twinkling lights. a really lovely card. ideal for any age.

Printed design out on 120gsm paper and decoupaged items onto main picture. The grass was fiddly to cut but was worth the effort and I used a dark green promarker to cover any white edges.
Mounted the picture onto purple holographic card then onto gold (to match glow of lamp) pearlescent card which I had folded into an easel card.
Used a strip of the purple holographic card on 3D foam to make the 'step' bar. I had saved some of the decoupage butterflies, sprayed them with gold glitter and used these to decorate the 'step' and base.
To finish off I added clear and lilac gems to the tree blossoms.
