I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 scalloped edged card.

I scored the front of the card about one inch in from the left and then I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added some Art Deco peel offs to the corners of the card then added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I attached the one inch folded area to the inside of the card using strong double sided tape.
