Deco Lady Card Front 1Completed by Margaret McCartney
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panels using thin foam tape.
I added small pearls to complete this lovely card.
