Birthday Flapper Girl Decoupage Topper

Lovely card front, great for so many female occasions/celebrations. I have included all the decoupage elements you will need to make up this card. There are 2 sentiment banners, one is blank one for you to add your own peel-off sentiment if you wish & one reads birthday wishes. I have also designed 2 cardmaking inserts to compliment this design - cup212728_719 & cup212731_719.

This design is EXCLUSIVE to craftsuprint and cannot be purchased anywhere else.
