Used a patterned dark red A5 card blank. Matted the image and completed the decoupage. Then I used coloured stickles glitter glue to add colour and sparkle to the cotton reels and the thread in the needle.

Also added red glitter to the heart.

Glossy accents gave a shine to the nose.
