I cut out the sheet.I then stuck blue card onto a white A4 card as seen.I then stuck the base sheet onto the card,decoupaged the woman and cane onto it.Added glitter onto curtins,the cape at the back and the sleaves of the dress and hat.I then added clear glossy accents onto the handle of the cane. not sure what greeting I am adding yet
