I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut them out and layered them onto black card. I used a background from cup 29693_126 for both cards and matted them onto a black square card.
I added the designs on foam pads over that and added some faux gem borders as shown to finish. The colours in these toppers are striking and they are well complemented by the background paper I used. They would suit any number of occasions.
